PrintInspire yourself with just how far you’ve come! The next time you think you just don’t have what it takes to lead the healthy life you started, one quick scan of your progress report is sure to get you in gear.
Scheduling exercise is important but so is knowing what you’ve done, when you did it and how hard you worked. That’s where your progress report comes in. If you find that you’re not working hard enough, consider increasing your distance or duration, or maybe try an advanced class.
