What’s the hardest part of sticking to an exercise routine?

Sometimes we’re totally gung-ho about exercise and other times we’d rather have root canal than working up a sweat.

Finding the time

Yeah, I know every little bit helps but sometimes I’ve got no time to spare.

Staying motivated

As hard as I try, I just get bored with doing the same things, seeing the same people.

Waiting for results

Ugh! I do everything right but I have to wait forever to see even a tiny change in my body/level of fitness.

Nothing

Now that I found the right routine for me, I’m totally hooked! Woo hoo!
