Ingredients

4 cups

plain low-fat yogurt

1

apple, peeled and sliced

1 cup

fresh raspberries, sorted and rinsed

1 cup

fresh blackberries, sorted and rinsed

1½ cup

crunchy muesli, divided

4 tsp

honey, or to taste
fresh mint leaves, to garnish

Directions

  1. Divide yogurt between 4 serving bowls. Add the apple slices and mix with the yogurt.
  2. Carefully pat the berries dry with paper towels. Spoon the crunchy muesli and the berries over the yogurt and drizzle honey. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
